Hi there, I’m Therese A few years back I made the exciting move from Sweden, where I grew up, to London. Moving to a new country leaving behind those I love meant that I needed to make new friends. Having knitted since I was a child, taught by my grandmother and mother, it seemed like the knitting community might be a great way to meet new people. I found a local knitting group and they quickly became my friends and after a while I even found a job with an online yarn retailer.

A couple of years ago I left the corporate job and started focusing on my passion for creating pattern designs. I became a full time knitting and crochet designer.

Knitting and crocheting has brought so many new people into my life and the online community is a wonderful source of creativity. I hope to give a little of this inspiration back through my designs and work. I love mixing the traditional with the modern, finding new uses for materials and techniques.
